For hair care, apply a small amount of Taramira Oil to the scalp and hair roots, massaging gently. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes or overnight for deeper conditioning, then wash with a mild shampoo. For skin, apply a few drops on dry areas or massage onto the skin as needed. It can also be used as a massage oil to relieve joint or muscle discomfort.
